FEW MOMENTS
ONE PASSION: FIGURE THEATRE

There is always a moment when we set off: out of curiosity, for a dream, or just for fun.
The stories gathered in this 35th edition of the Alpe Adria Puppet Festival stem from that drive to seek what we do not yet know—following tracks, imagining destinations, and drawing maps.
Through figure theatre, each show charts its own course and invites the audience to follow, passing through places to explore, unexpected encounters, and dreams that guide the way.
A fantastic journey to share together through the power of storytelling.

Grado

In the heart of summer, Grado transforms into an open-air stage for young and old alike.
Among narrow alleyways (calli), squares, and gardens, the performances bring the historic center and the local ‘showcases’ to life with marionettes, shadow puppets, hand puppets, and object theatre.
Five days of widespread events where figure theatre meets the curiosity of passersby and the enthusiasm of the most loyal spectators, in a continuous dialogue between tradition and wonder.
