tipping point
(Czech Republic)
In English with Italian subtitles
The play is set in a drilling plant where human negligence causes an ecological disaster with far-reaching consequences.
Tipping Point exposes the risks of unrestricted exploitation of natural resources and reveals the global challenges arising from transport, trade and our dependence on fossil fuels.
The play raises fundamental questions about collective responsibility and the search for a balance between economic growth and environmental protection:
will we be able to act before it is too late?

The project, led by Slovenian director Tin Grabnar, is an international co-production uniting six theaters from Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic in the 2024/2025 season.
Through six unique productions, the project examines transport’s dual role as a driver of globalisation and a source of environmental harm.
