The show tracks a group of international politicians on their way to a war zone to get a better understanding of the situation. With them is a young photographer who slowly enters a world where the line between observer and participant starts to blur. The performance raises important ethical questions, and calls us to rethink our role and responsibility in dealing with global crises.

What does it mean to be human in a world where fundamental rights are not only violated but also forgotten?

The performance is part of the “Transport” project
The project, led by Slovenian director Tin Grabnar, is an international co-production uniting six theaters from Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic in the 2024/2025 season.

Through six unique productions, the project examines transport’s dual role as a driver of globalisation and a source of environmental harm.

Eesti Noorsooteater is a theatre intended for young audiences, aiming to broaden their cultural horizons and vision of the world. The theatre was founded by puppeteer and director Ferdinand Veike, who served as artistic director for almost 30 years. In 2000, Meelis Pai became the artistic director of the theatre, with the aim of creating a high-quality theatre for children and young people that would includ both puppet
and prose productions.
The theatre manages the Marionette Theatre Museum, organises the Tallinn Treff
International Visual Theatre Festival, and is the only centre in Estonia whose repertoire includes productions focussing on different forms of visual theatre.
