Five Lines takes us to a dystopian scenario where the earth is already dying after the - not so distant - climate collapse, and where society has to adapt to armoured spaces that sacrifice its freedoms in exchange for security. Love and the will to live will be what, like a background melody, will accompany us throughout this adventure and we will have to find out if there are still alternatives in this possible destination.
In Five Lines things are not going too well, however, the mocking persistence of the illusion giving us the strength to imagine a better future, is once again confirmed. However, we only work on our individual futures while knowing that the world around us is full of injustice and in complete neglect.
But if everything around us collapses, what will become of all our dreams?

Five Lines takes us on a dystopia, a journey into the future, to a world in which human beings experience the consequences of our current level of prosperity. A world in which resources are scarce and survival implies the loss of individual freedom, forgetting, often deliberately, that we always have the possibility to change.
A multidisciplinary performance blending the languages of theatre, audiovisual arts and live music, where the situations into which the protagonist takes us can be observed from different angles and perspectives, thanks to the language of ‘Micro Cinema Theatre’: scale models and miniature replicas, texts, live music and audiovisuals compose the story of a musician in a hypothetical future world…
